Return Policy

We want every reader to feel happy with the booklets and planning pads they receive from Plixonarsryxul. This Return Policy explains when you can request a refund, how the process works, and what to expect from us. It applies to all purchases made through the Website plixonarsryxul.ddd.

1. Our 30-day promise

If you are not satisfied with a booklet or planning pad you have ordered from us, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date the digital file was sent to your email address. You do not need to give a detailed reason — a short note saying that the product is not the right fit for you is enough.

2. Eligible products

The 30-day promise applies to all three current products listed on our Products page: the Morning Anchors Booklet, the Mindful Pauses Cards, and the Weekly Planning Pad. It also applies to any future printable products we add, unless a different policy is clearly displayed on the product itself.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please send a message through the Contacts page within 30 days of receiving your file. Include the name on your order, the date of purchase, and a short note about the booklet you wish to return. Because the booklets are delivered digitally, you do not need to "ship" anything back to us.

4. How quickly we respond

We acknowledge every refund request within one business day and aim to process the refund within five business days of confirming the request. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or payment provider, and is typically between three and ten business days.

5. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong booklet, you do not need to request a refund and re-order. Just contact us within 30 days and we will gladly send the correct booklet at no extra cost.

6. Updates and reissues

From time to time we publish improved editions of our booklets. If you purchased a booklet within 90 days of a major update, we will email you the new edition free of charge.

7. When we cannot offer a refund

We are unable to offer refunds in the following limited situations:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the file was emailed to you.
  • Requests for products that were received as a free gift.
  • Requests linked to clear evidence of file sharing or republication of our materials.

8. Cancellations before delivery

If you change your mind before we have sent the booklet to your email, simply let us know and we will cancel the order in full. Because we send files manually, this is usually possible within a few hours of your purchase.

9. Faulty files

If a file fails to open, prints incorrectly, or is missing pages, please contact us within 14 days. We will send a corrected file at no charge. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund regardless of how many days have passed.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your province, state, or country. If those rights are more generous than the policy described here, the more generous rules apply.
